Grandad, you were the most strong minded family man I will ever meet in my life time. Your passion and drive to please and cater for everyone's individual needs was phenomenal, even when hard time occurred. Even though you had your stubborn ways, I'm sure that thoughs traits mellowed into every individual life that you made an impact on. From Pinkies to Po my memories will forever be in Olmond Drive with all the magical Thomas the Tank Engine toys and the fox in the back garden. I know you wouldn't have wanted us to be sad about you not being in our lives anymore however we've lost such a large space in our lives and nobody will ever be able to fill again. So everyone has to grow and give a little more to the world in order for us to carry on. I would hope to grow up and become as caring, considerate and helpful just like you. Also to have the strength and determination to tackle what life throws at me even to the bitter end. Thank you for being an inspiration, love your only granddaughter xx
